I’m Josh MacGregor, the consultant behind Lucknow Web Solutions. I work from Redcliffe, on Brisbane’s northside, and I’m the only person you’ll deal with.
A business owner first, a web person second
Alongside Lucknow, I run Mobile Golf Co, a mobile golf simulator business, and Mount Gravatt Painting Pros, a Brisbane painting business. Their websites, SEO and Google Business Profiles run on the same playbook I use for clients, so every recommendation I make is one I’d back with my own money.
My clients are service businesses across different industries and markets, from civil and earthworks to roofing contractors in Illinois in the United States. Different customers, same problem: the right people need to find you, trust you and get in touch.

Six principles I don’t bend on
Numbers first
Every proposal starts with what a customer is worth to you and how many it takes for the work to pay for itself.
Plain English
If I can’t explain what I’m doing and why without jargon, I shouldn’t be doing it.
No shortcuts
No bought links, fake reviews or keyword stuffing. Nothing that could come back to bite your business.
You own everything
Your domain, website, Google accounts and data stay in your name. You should never feel locked in.
Honest about fit
If I’m not the right person for the job, I’ll say so, and point you somewhere better if I can.
Local matters
Search is local. I plan around the suburbs and service areas where you actually want the work.
